Peach Pineapple chutney




1 pineapple and 3-4 ripe peaches

1 onion, a large piece of ginger, 1 large red pepper.

1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 4-5 tsp of Madras curry powder.


Saute diced onion and red pepper


Add finely chopped ginger


Add cubed peaches

The pineapple corer and slicer is pushed down and rotated 


Once you reach the bottom, lift up and viola!


Add cubed pineapple to the pan


Add sugar, Madras curry powder and apple cider vinegar.

Mix well


Cover and cook for 10 min


Then let simmer on low flame for 40-45 min



A slice of baguette, Iberico cheese, chutney and cilantro 



The bread and cheese absorb the complex flavors of the chutney to make a winning combination.
