1 pineapple and 3-4 ripe peaches |
1 onion, a large piece of ginger, 1 large red pepper. |
1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 4-5 tsp of Madras curry powder. |
Saute diced onion and red pepper |
Add finely chopped ginger |
Add cubed peaches |
The pineapple corer and slicer is pushed down and rotated |
Once you reach the bottom, lift up and viola! |
Add cubed pineapple to the pan |
Add sugar, Madras curry powder and apple cider vinegar. |
Mix well |
Cover and cook for 10 min |
Then let simmer on low flame for 40-45 min |
A slice of baguette, Iberico cheese, chutney and cilantro |
