When in those rare moments I feel rather feminine and feel plucked out of a Jane Austen novel, I decided to make high tea. Slow boil the tea with cardamom and ginger. Serve with romesco sauce and crackers. And arrange flowers. I think I can give Emma a run for her money. The only difference is, I don't have to wait for prince charming for money!
